Registration fee is $25.00 per student/$40.00 per family and covers the cost of insurance and processing fees for all class and team programs. This fee is non-refundable. Registration fee is valid for one academic year (Sept – Aug) and is billed upon enrollment. There is no registration fee for event registrations with the exception of Summer Fun Days. Summer registration fees are discounted to $10.00 per student/$20.00 per family.
Our flat rate monthly tuition is billed the same for all months (September-June). Throughout the course of the year there are months when your class will meet 4 times and months where it will meet 5 times. We do not charge extra for months with 5 classes. In addition we have scheduled closures throughout the year where depending on which day you attend there may only be 3 classes in that month.
Auto Enrollment/Auto Pay
All families must have an up to date credit card on file. Once registered in our program you will be continually enrolled in your class until you choose to withdraw. Upon enrollment you will be billed for the first month of tuition. Tuition will then be billed on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. You can elect to pay your tuition via cash/check prior to the 25th. Monthly tuition is non-refundable. Any accounts not paid in full by the 1st of the month will result in your student being dropped from his or her class.
We are happy to offer a 10% sibling discount on all classes. Discount will be applied towards the lesser tuition.
Withdrawing from a class
All withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com by the 24th of the current month for the upcoming month.
Special Event Refunds
Fun days, fun nights, clinics, private lessons and other special events are non-refundable.
We are happy to offer unlimited make ups! To be eligible for a make up class you must provide advance notice of your absence. Please provide notice by calling, emailing or verbally notifying the front desk. Make up space is not guaranteed. It is on a first come, first serve basis. You must be currently enrolled to schedule a make up class. WGA does not offer credits or refunds for classes missed. Your tuition is based on enrollment (space held in class) and not a reflection of attendance. Summer make up classes can be carried into the school year if your student is actively enrolled. There will be no make ups available the first two weeks of September. You are also welcome to trade in your make up for an open gym pass.
Summer Classes & Fun Days
Summer classes will run on a 8 week session. Tuition is due in full for the 8 weeks upon registration. Tuition for summer classes/summer fun days is billed in full at the time of enrollment. Summer classes/Fun Days are refundable up until June 1st less a $15 cancellation fee. Refunds or credits are not available after June 1st.
Weather & Holiday Closures
If WGA is closed due to inclement weather a make up class will automatically be added to your account. We will communicate all weather closures via email. Make up classes will be added to accounts for the following holidays: Halloween (evening classes), Thanksgiving Break, New Years Day, Memorial Day. Please contact the office to schedule a make up or trade in your make up for an open gym pass.
Lost and Found
All items that are found in the gym will be placed in our lost and found bin and held for a minimum of 2 weeks. After this period the items are donated to Goodwill. WGA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend a leotard for girls and shorts/ sweatpants and a t-shirt for boys. Loose fitting clothing, jeans, skirts, and clothing with zippers or buckles are not permitted. Students must have bare feet before entering the gym. Long hair must be tied back and jewelry/fit bits must be removed.
Peanut Free Zone
We have many students in our program who have SEVERE and LIFE-THREATENING peanut allergies. Please do not bring any products containing peanuts into our facility. If you or your child has any medical conditions that we need to be aware of, to be extra vigilant in protecting them, please contact the front desk or discuss directly with your coach. Please be aware that while we make every effort to provide a nut-free zone, we cannot guarantee our success since we have many children, parents and visitors enter our facility that may not be aware of our policy.
