Gym Buddies (Ages 1–2)
A fun and engaging 40-minute class designed for our youngest athletes and their caregivers. With an adult actively participating, children build coordination, motor skills, and early social development through guided exploration of gymnastics equipment, including floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a safe and supportive environment.
Preschool (Ages 3–5)
The perfect introduction to gymnastics! This class focuses on building a strong foundation through beginner skills, while helping children develop coordination, confidence, and listening skills. Athletes are introduced to floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a fun, structured, and encouraging setting.
Kinder Gym (Kindergarten)
Designed specifically for kindergarteners, this class builds on early fundamentals while encouraging independence and confidence. Athletes continue developing strength, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills on floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a positive and structured environment.
Gym Stars (1st Grade)
A step up for growing athletes, Gym Stars offers a more structured approach to developing gymnastics skills. Participants build strength, coordination, and confidence while progressing on floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a fun and motivating environment.
Beginner (2nd Grade +)
Perfect for athletes who have completed Gym Stars or who are newer to gymnastics. This class focuses on developing coordination, strength, and confidence while introducing fundamental skills on floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a fun and supportive environment.
Intermediate (3rd Grade +)
Designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to build on their skills. This class focuses on improving strength, technique, and consistency while progressing skills on floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a structured and encouraging setting.
Required Skills: Pullover, Handstand, Cartwheel, Bridge or Kick over, Backward roll. Per coaches discretion.
Advanced (3rd Grade +)
For athletes ready for a greater challenge, this class emphasizes skill progression, strength, and refinement of technique. Gymnasts will work toward more advanced skills on floor, beam, bars, and the Air Floor in a focused and motivating environment.
Required Skills: Round off, Back bend / walk over, Back hip circle, Handstand flatback vault, Handstand on beam. Per coaches discretion.
