Preschool Gymnastics

This is the beginning our gymnastics program. In these classes, we are teaching fundamentals that help prepare children for the future. A few of the skills we hope your child gains from participating in this program are: taking turns, coordination, self-confidence, problem solving skills, following directions, and working well with others. We teach beginner gymnastics skills and incorporate physical fitness in a fun, safe environment. There are themed lesson plans each week that are centered around the floor exercise, balance beams, bars and the Air Floor

Tiny Tumblers 3 & 4yrs

This 40 minute class is for children 3 & 4 years old.

Gym Kids 4 & 5yrs

This 40 minute class is for children 4+5 years old.

When to move from Pre-K to Grade school

Gym Kids (4&5yrs)

Our Tiny Tumblers class is designed specifically for our 3 and 4-year-olds. If your child is currently enrolled in Tiny Tumblers, they should remain in this class for the Spring session. This ensures that they continue to develop their skills in a nurturing environment tailored to their age group. If your gymnast turns 4 during the Tiny Tumblers year, they should not move to the Gym Kids class until the following session.

Gym Kids (4&5yrs)

Our Gym Kids class is designed for older fours and new fives! If your child turns 5 during the Gym Kids session, we want to emphasize that they will not switch to the Kinder Gym. Therefore, it’s essential for your little ones to continue in the same level class they were in during the Fall when signing up for the Spring to continue to progress through the curriculum!

When to move from Pre-K to Grade school

Athletes will move to Our Kinder Gym (Kindergarten) class once entering Kindergarten! Our preschool curriculum is full of the fundamentals needed for little minds to grow physically and mentally to be prepared for the next level classes!
