Grade School

This 50 minute class is for children in Kindergarten or First Grade.  The focus in this program is to introduce fundamental gymnastics skills on all four women's Olympic events.  Our Gym Stars class will provide a foundation for continued progression in a fun and positive environment!  

This 50 minute class will focus on learning skills on all four events ranging from beginner to advanced level gymnastics depending on each child’s ability. Children will be evaluated and divided into smaller groups based on age and skill level. 

This multi-level gymnastics class is for ‘tweenagers’ 11-13! This class is ONLY for ages 11 and up, so the students feel comfortable learning gymnastics with others their age. This one hour class will focus on learning skills on all four events based on each child’s gymnastics abilities.
