WGA is owned and operated by Erica Nahass. Erica started gymnastics when she was just 3 years old. She was part of the competitive team at Reading Gymnastics for 10 years. Erica has over 15 years of coaching experience and has taught everything from parent/child classes all the way up to high school teams. After earning a degree in Sport Management from Salem State College Erica went on to coach gymnastics full time. She was the director and head team coach of a gymnastics facility in Winchester for 6 years before pursuing her childhood dream and opening Winchester Gymnastics Academy.
Brandi started gymnastics when she was 7 years old. She grew up in Brattleboro, VT where she was a competitive gymnast in the Junior Olympic program for 11 years. She started coaching gymnastics 15 years ago, and has been coaching ever since! During that time Brandi attended Lyndon State College and earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching. After college Brandi moved to the Boston area in 2011 and has been coaching full time since then. Brandi’s favorite event is uneven bars. Brandi teaches our preschool classes all the way up to our team programs, she is also the Head Coach of our AAU program. When she is not coaching gymnastics Brandi loves spending time at the beach and hanging out with her two cats.
